  • “Reaching out to Sarah was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I have been suffering from disordered eating for decades but had never tried therapy before. I finally sought help from Sarah about 4 months ago. Sarah is caring, intuitive, and easy to connect to, and I felt comfortable with her from the beginning. I have gained a new perspective on so many things that had been causing me grief over the years. Sarah genuinely cares about helping me succeed and is a constant support throughout my journey. Many times I leave a session thinking, ‘Why did I wait so long to do this?’ My only complaint is that I didn’t find her sooner!”

  • “Ever since I started working with Sarah, I feel that I’ve woken up my inner child and gained the confidence to feel that child blossomed. Sarah not only has the sincere ability to understand and translate my daily challenges, but she also has the experience and resources available to help me do something about them. She has helped me create realistic goals catered to my lifestyle and smash them one day at a time. She has made a profound difference in my life.”

  • “Sarah has worked with our son for a year and I am grateful for the transformation! She was able to gain his trust so that he would open up about issues and concerns he had been internalizing so that she could provide him with coping strategies. He has improved his social and organizational skills as well as his confidence level. I think that his transition to college and beyond will be much more successful as a result of his time with Sarah.”

  • “I have been working with Sarah for over a year. She, very quickly, created an atmosphere that felt very safe and allowed me to be open with her. We have touched/worked on many areas in my life including, relationships, boundary setting, and self-esteem issues. She asks probing questions that require me to look at past situations in my life, to see what has not worked, and to find new ways to face all of life’s challenges. She is a very warm and caring person, and these qualities come through in her approach to therapy. She challenges me to look at the uncomfortable parts of myself and to identify them to then be able to unpack them, and eventually move forward in a healthier way. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, it was very important for me to find an ally in a therapist. A person who I could be very open and honest with about my past struggles and challenges. I found all of this and more working with Sarah. I cannot recommend her enough!”
